You bring the robot to our office at 94 Canterbury Road, Camberwell East
Post the robot to the above address with all parts ; including power supply.
We arrange an on-site visit to either quote and/or repair your robot cleaner
We pick up your robot cleaner and take back to our office for inspection and repair

Quotes provided within 12 hours of us receiving the robot.

By stocking all the required spare parts we are able to repair your robot within 24 hours of receiving the go-ahead. All robots are tested within our specialised testing tanks prior to being returned to you giving us 100% confidence that the cleaner will be working at 100% capacity again for you.

In any repair completed, genuine manufacturer parts are used and come with the manufacturer warranty on the repaired component. Dolphin Pools is an Authorised Warranty Agent for Maytronics allowing us to repair your robot under warranty for you applicable.
