Many of our team players have been working with us for 7 + years, knowing that the work they do makes a difference to people’s lives as well as being given the tools to help them succeed in their role.

Dolphin Pools is looking to expand in the next 12 months and is on the lookout for team players who are a match for our values and goals to join the team.

You must be a hard-working individual who can be held accountable to your priorities whilst ensuring that our customers swimming pools are given the utmost focus. No egotistical, bombastic, or negative people need apply. We are real about our business situation at all times and team players must be focused on providing a better swimming pool experience for the customer whilst caring for each other.

Below are positions that we are currently hiring for. The hiring process is quite lengthy, so be patient as we always like to ensure that each team player is a right fit for the business and that the business is the right fit for their future as well.
